Refund policy

I hope you are 100% delighted with your purchase, but if you do need to exchange or return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email hello@mindthecork.com.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: mind the cork, 7 Coopers Yard - Studio 9M, London SE19 1TN.

If you have received one of my items as a gift, I can provide an exchange for another item of the same value – within 28 days of the original purchase date.

To exchange or return an item, please ensure it is unused and in perfect condition. Any made-to-order items, gift vouchers and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser in the same form of payment used to order.

Please note that while I am happy to issue you with a refund/exchange for your item purchase, I am unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved. You are responsible for returning the items safely. Please obtain proof of postage.
